One project in particular made this clear. After designing the visual package for a major international conference hosted by a historic Greek-letter organization, the client asked, “How do we properly communicate this with our members and audience?” That moment shifted something in me. It wasn’t just about the design. It was about clarity, connection, and ensuring the message landed with purpose.
